I was surprised by how much I liked the last Nine Inch Nails release "Year Zero." I'm sure I don't come off as someone that's a big fan of Trent Reznor, as I am mostly afraid of industrial goth kids, but this new music is a pleasant surprise.Not only is it all instrumental, which means no screaming, but in a Radiohead-esque move, the album appeared out of nowhere, is available in free lossless audio, and in various incarnations as a self-released digital download. Go not so new digital technology. Maybe the RIAA will finally start to learn something.
